What We Do

A full range of HVAC and plumbing services for homes and light commercial buildings.

Cooling + Heating

Mini Split Installation & Service

Single-zone systems for one stubborn room and multi-zone setups that give you room-by-room control of the whole house. We use reliable, industry-trusted brands like Mitsubishi and Daikin to ensure lasting performance and comfort.

Specialty

VRF Systems

Variable refrigerant flow is a small field in New England, and it is one we have deliberately built depth in: design, installation, commissioning, and ongoing service. If you have a VRF system nobody local wants to touch, or you are weighing one for a new building, this is work we take on rather than refer out.

Light Commercial

Rooftop HVAC Equipment

Installation and service of rooftop units for light commercial spaces: proper sizing, crane lift, start-up, and commissioning.

Commercial

Commercial Service & Preventive Maintenance

We survey what you actually have on site, then write a maintenance schedule around each manufacturer's published requirements rather than a generic checklist. From there it runs on its own: we show up when the work is due, do it, and bill for it, so nothing depends on somebody remembering. The same coverage handles service calls when a unit is running but not running right.

Heating + Cooling

Forced Hot Air & Central AC

Ducted forced hot air and central air conditioning for homes and light commercial buildings, whether oil, gas, electric, or dual fuel. High-efficiency furnaces and air handlers, clean professional installs, optional zoning and smart thermostats.

Heating

Forced Hot Water & Radiant Boilers

High-efficiency boilers for gas, oil, or electric systems, for baseboard or radiant heat, new installations and replacements. We work with trusted brands like Viessmann, Weil-McLain, Burnham, and Lochinvar for dependable, long-lasting performance.

Plumbing

Plumbing & Water Filtration

Plumbing installation for residential and light commercial projects: water heaters, fixtures, and whole-home water filtration. Clean, code-compliant work with high-quality materials, done right the first time.

Equipment We Know

Lines we install and service regularly. We are an independent contractor rather than a single-brand dealer, so the recommendation you get is the equipment that suits the building, not the one we are obliged to sell.
